Demonstrated behaviours and attitudes consistent with Department values. Demonstrated capacity to reflect upon practice and engage in professional learning to continually improve the quality of teaching.

Teachers must always act in a professional manner, reflecting their leadership role in the community. Additionally, they must always strive to improve the quality of their teaching.

In your answer, you should provide examples of how you strive to improve your teaching. Provide examples of how you have gone above and beyond professional development requirements.
